Just spent most of my Christmas budget on a Japanese import ParaPara game which won't even play on a PAL playstation <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' />

It was $110 <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/unsure.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='unsure.gif' />

The best thing? It's due to arrive while I'm in France so I won't even get to play on it!

Ah well... hopefully it should keep someone happy <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' />

and why did you buy a random Jp game?

easy enoguht to chip a ps1 tho. or get a patch for you emulated one.

Its a PS2 game

...

but we've got a PS2 - USB adaptor and a PC version of the game. We didn't actually want the disk at all, just the fancy controller thingies <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' />

and you dont need a chipped ps2 for the game either. You use Action Replay <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' />

Its a bemani game. You use your arms to dance to the beat, hovering your hands over the controller (motion sensor based) to score. Its very fun, even if you do look like a prat if you dont know what you are doing XD Think DDR with your hands <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' />

seen guitar hero at the arcades, and they were talking about it on the radio the other day. With two controlers you can battle against each other; which sounds like fun...

I don't wanna know how much it would cost though, already spent a fortune on controllers and adaptors for DDR and ParaPara and still don't have a PS2 <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' />

I scored pretty good on my first go; and I'm a lot less tired than with DDR <img src='http://i2.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' />

We do however, have to put a black bag over the digibox because all those infra red sensors keep changing the channel and making the screen flip out of game!!

Sony claimed that Lik-Sang infringed its trade marks, copyright and registered design rights by selling Sony PSP consoles from Asia to European customers, and have recently obtained a judgment in the High Court of London (England) rendering Lik-Sang's sales of PSP consoles unlawful.....

Furthermore, Sony have failed to disclose to the London High Court that not only the world wide gaming community in more than 100 countries relied on Lik-Sang for their gaming needs, but also Sony Europe's very own top directors repeatedly got their Sony PSP hard or software imports in nicely packed Lik-Sang parcels with free Lik-Sang Mugs or Lik-Sang Badge Holders, starting just two days after Japan's official release, as early as 14th of December 2004 (more than nine months earlier than the legal action). The list of PSP related Sony Europe orders reads like the who's who of the videogames industry, and includes Ray Maguire (Managing Director, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Ltd), Alan Duncan (UK Marketing Director, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Ltd), Chris Sorrell (Creative Director, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Ltd), Rob Parkin (Development Director, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited), just to name a few.
