Tv From When I was Young,

Yo People,

Right with the time @ 01.23am, i though i would do this post and be on my merry way.

As I was surfing the net today i tryed in trap door in google. i used to watch it all the time when i was younger. It was great. The basic storie was about Berk the servent of the thing upstars (you never got to see the thing upstairs it was like the claw in inspector gadget. you want to see what they loook like be never get the chance) along with Berk ther was Bonie and Drut, the spider thing. And something horrible would come out of the trap door. either a yellow thing or a big 'orrible thing with lots of legs. it was great. that got me thinking about other shows i used to watch like Samuri Pizza Cats. That show is more than likely the resion i like anime now. it didn't make a lot of sence. but it involeved pizza making cats fighting crime and being shot out of giant guns. very weird but good.

any way the point of all this is what did you lot used to watch when you were little. just intrested and a little sleep deprived.

aaah, so many shows, such shoddy memory....

i do remember one show i used to watch, was something to do with the aztecs. children of the sun, maybe? (or was it the incas?)

there was another one as well, ullyses maybe, it was set in space, all i can really remember was that it had a big room with lots of people floating in it (suspended animation or something)

anyone else remember these? or did i just dream it?

I remember DangerMouse... Ohhh that was Brill... CirrusMinor has some on DVD - I need to "ahem" borrow them sometime

I don't remember ANY of the other stuff you said!!

I just did the Sci-Fi quiz on Marks forum... it reminded me of Battle of the Planets! well... it reminded me of it by playing the theme tune and me going "Transsss-Mute!" and forgetting what it was called <img src='http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' />

I can't believe I only scored 2 out of 10... It would have been maybe 6/10 but for my speling...

Saphire and Steel - that one came up in the Meeting Room recently... I LOVED that show... and my Dad loved Joanna Lumley

I recently got the Box Set of "The Tomorrow People"

I loved that as a kid in the late 1070's

I watched the 1st 45 seconds of it...

I guess I need to give it another chance!!!

Just a mention of the name and all of a sudden I'm humming the theme tune. The odd thing is that I can't have heard it for the best part of twenty years, and I don't recall it being a part of the voting in the other place.
